Kids at the Cornish Place

All of our cottages (except The Shed) welcome babies and children.

Please be aware that The Barn has large granite steps down to the Master bedroom which may not be ideal for toddlers. The Dairy has a bunk room which is much loved by older children but children under 6 should not use the top bunk.

We can provide highchairs and wooden cots (with a bottom sheet only). The cots fit into the master bedrooms, or can go in 2nd/3rd bedrooms if you don’t mind a bit of a squash (best if no one else staying in them).

We have a play field with football goal, rugby and netball posts and associated balls. There is also a ping pong table in the Courtyard with bats and balls in the Piggery. There is plenty of room for kids to let off steam in a car free environment.

There is a beach box near the car park with buckets and spades, kites and crabbing lines. Feel free to borrow these or to add to the collection! We provide beach towels for adults and robies for kids under 10.

We can arrange a baby sitter for an extra charge (subject to availability).
