Have a wedding or a big birthday to celebrate? Or just a good old family holiday with all the generations? The beauty of our 4 cottages is that everyone can have their own space, but that it’s easy to come together to make those special memories.
Small Weddings

Not everyone wants a massive wedding. And in the current economic climate, having just the people you really care about at your wedding is becoming more and more of a thing! We’ve had some beautiful weddings here, all truly meaningful, and all giving me a lump in my throat or a tear in my eye! We can sleep up to 16 people in 8 bedrooms plus babies in cots, resulting in a special but truly relaxing day for all involved. Our wedding planner will help you book your suppliers and run your day for you, so if you live a few hundred miles away, it’s really no problem! If you want to come and stay during the winter months to have a proper look, we will take the cost of this break off the cost of your wedding stay - nothing to lose!
Big Birthdays

The Piggery can seat 16 for a celebration meal and we can arrange for a stretch tent outside to weather proof the Courtyard too. There are so many private chefs in Cornwall who would be delighted to serve you a delicious meal right here without any designated drivers or taxis in sight! It doesn’t even have to be a birthday, just a holiday with friends or family and the ability to have a night off catering.
Making New Friends

Even if you came here as a small group in one cottage, if there is enough interest we will always try to organise a private chef to cater for all our guests together. Bring your own booze, sit at a long table and make new friends. And there’s always the football pitch for some friendly rivalry!
Corporate Retreats
If you want to bring your top team away from the distractions of an office environment (or reward them for getting through working from home!) we can create a bespoke retreat here designed to your exact requirements. With 8 bedrooms, everyone has their own space and can come together for meals and workshops in the Piggery. We can book minibuses to take you surfing, fishing, browsing art galleries, to cookery school….to create the headspace for creative thinking. With a private chef to cater for everyone, what’s not to love?!
